Is there a right time to refill your inkjet cartridge?

You need to refill your cartridge before it is less than 10% full. This prevents that your inkjet cartridge dries out. If the inkjet cartridge dries out, the dry ink might clog the cartridge and may cause the cartridge to stop working as intended.

Is it safe to use refilled and remanufactured printer cartridges?

It is 100% safe to use our remanufactured and refilled printer cartridges. We use only the best quality ink in our products.

Do you service all major printer manufacturers?

We offer affordable printer cartridge refilling and ink sales for Hewlett-Packard, Brother, Canon, Lexmark, Samsung, Epson, Xerox, Minolta, Kyocera and other popular brands. Please contact us to enquire if we support your printer.

How much money will I save by using refilled or remanufactured cartridges?

On average our clients save between 40% to 55% per unit (as opposed to purchasing a new printer cartridge). We also find that the refilled and remanufactured cartridges last longer between refills than the new cartridges.

What type of ink and toner do you use?

We try and match the ink we use as closely as possible to that of an original cartridge. We take all things into account, even matching the colors to that of the manufacturer. That said, we only use the highest quality inks and components when performing the refill and remanufacture jobs.

Do you use universal ink?

We will NEVER use universal ink. We see this kind of ink as inferior. This type of ink may also clog and damage your printer, which may cause your warranty to be voided.

Do you offer any guarantee?

We offer a full 100% guarantee on all our products. If you are not happy with a product, we will first attempt to replace your product with a new product. If you are still not happy, we will give you your money back.

How many times can I refill my cartridge?

This depends on a lot of factors. Inkjet cartridges do not last as long, but this is mostly because laser cartridges gets remanufactured a lot more than inkjet cartridges. Certain printer models also seem to get much better life than others. Talk to us for recommendations regarding your printer brand, model and cartridge type.

Will I be able to see the difference between a new and refilled or remanufactured cartridge?

No, our remanufactured cartridges will print with the same quality and reliability than a new cartridge. Our cartridges do last longer than the originals though, and they are so much less expensive.
